Getting Started with Gemini Silkroad
From your first visit to your first session.
01 / CHECK ACCESS
Make sure the server is open for you.
Check beta and launch information and the latest announcements before downloading. Having an account does not by itself confirm that beta or launch access is open.
02 / YOUR ACCOUNT
Register through the official website.
Use the registration page and an email address you can access. Choose a unique password and follow any verification instructions shown by the site. Never send your password to another player or include it in a support screenshot.
Already registered? Use sign in. If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery link on that page rather than repeatedly guessing.
03 / THE CLIENT
Get the official Gemini download.
Open Downloads and follow the instructions for the listed client. If no download is available, wait for the official announcement. Avoid clients shared by unknown accounts or unofficial mirrors.
Install or extract the client as instructed with that download. Let its launcher finish updating before starting the game. Keep the exact error message if an update fails; do not disable your security software just to bypass an unknown warning.
04 / YOUR FIRST SESSION
Choose what to explore first.
Read server information and the rules before choosing your character and play style. The Trio Job System and Party Chat Link guides introduce two ways to play with others.
Stuck before entering the game?
Check announcements for maintenance first. For help, record whether the problem happens on the website, during a launcher update or after starting the client. Include the error text and time, but remove passwords, email codes and other private details.
