Welcome to Gemini Silkroad. These Terms explain the agreement between you and Gemini Blue Ltd when you use our website, game client, mobile app and community spaces.

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Gemini Silkroad ("Gemini", "we", "us") is operated by Gemini Blue Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11445385 and operating since 2018, with its registered office at 36 Temple Grange, Peterborough, PE4 5DN, United Kingdom. These Terms of Use apply to the website, the game servers, the game client, the mobile app, our Discord and any other channel we run (together, the "Services"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Server Rules and Refund Policy.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 if you live in the European Union, or older if the law in your country says so). By registering you confirm that you meet this age. Accounts that we have good reason to believe belong to someone younger may be suspended.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password private and use a strong, unique one.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing, lending, renting or selling an account is not allowed.
• Give us correct contact details (e-mail and phone) so we can help you recover the account and reach you about important changes.
• If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and contact Support right away.

4. Permission to use the Services

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the Services for your own entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or take apart the client, the servers or the website, or build anything derived from them.
• Use tools that read, collect or change game data or network traffic (packet editors, memory editors, injectors, scrapers and similar).
• Sell, rent or otherwise make money from the Services or any part of them without our written permission.
• Do anything illegal or harmful through the Services, including attacks on our servers or other players, or infringing anyone's rights.

5. Silk, virtual items and in-game currency

You can earn or buy in-game currency (such as Silk) and virtual items. They are part of the game and work only inside the Services:

• They are not real money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged back for money or anything of value.
• You receive a personal licence to use them in the game; you do not own them, and they cannot be transferred or sold outside the official in-game systems.
• We may change their price, availability, limits or how they work at any time, and we are not responsible if they are lost because your account was compromised.
• They may be lost if your account is closed or suspended, if you break these Terms or the Rules, or if the Services end.

Purchases are final except where our Refund Policy says otherwise.

6. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. When you pay through them you also accept their terms, so please read them before you complete a purchase. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Updates, maintenance and rollbacks

We keep improving Gemini, so the game, its balance, events and features can change. In rare cases — for example to fix a serious bug or recover from a technical failure — we may need to return the server to an earlier saved state (a "rollback"). Progress made after that point can be lost. Any purchase made with real money in that period will be given back to your account after the rollback. We may also choose to give a goodwill bonus to all affected players.

During Beta and test phases, progress and items may be reset when the official server opens.

8. Community and content you post

You are responsible for anything you post in the game, on the website, on Discord or on our social pages. Be respectful and follow the Rules. If you see something offensive or harmful, report it through Support. We may remove content and act against accounts that break these Terms.

9. No guarantees and limited liability

We work hard to keep Gemini online, safe and fair, but the Services are provided "as is". We cannot promise they will always be available, free of errors or compatible with every device or program. As far as the law allows, Gemini Blue Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services or from the behaviour of other players or third parties.

10. Suspending or closing accounts

If you break these Terms or the Rules, we may warn you, limit, suspend or permanently close your account and related accounts, depending on how serious the case is. You can stop using the Services at any time. If you believe a decision was a mistake, you can appeal through Support.

11. Messages we send you

By giving us your e-mail and phone number you agree to receive service messages: account verification, password recovery, security alerts, support ticket updates and important announcements, by e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS. We do not use your phone number for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.

12. Copyright and intellectual property

The Gemini name, logo, website design and our own artwork belong to Gemini Blue Ltd. Silkroad trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you believe something in the Services infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with: what work is affected, where the material is, your contact details, and a statement that the information is correct and that you are the owner or allowed to act for them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you also keep any consumer rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Important changes will be announced on the website, and the "Last updated" date above always shows the latest version. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new Terms.
